- Specs come only from the maker’s own pages, spec sheets and manuals. Links are in “Notes and sources” on each page.
- If a figure can’t be found on a maker page, it’s left out or marked “Not listed.” Nothing is estimated.
- When sources disagree, a check mark is given only if the same product wins under every figure the sources give; otherwise no check. Both figures are shown under “Where the sources disagree”.
- Check marks go only to clear differences. Ties, tiny gaps and figures the makers measure differently get no check.
- Weight gets a check only when one machine is at least 2 lb and at least 20% lighter than the other, using the figures shown on the page.
- Chart badges: Can do means the maker lists it; Just barely means it works with a limit the maker states; Can’t means the maker doesn’t list it or a spec rules it out.
- Before a page goes up, both products are checked for a live Amazon listing that day. Listings change, so check who the seller is and that it’s new before you order.
- Nothing here is tested hands-on, and the pages don’t include owner stories.
